NCA is administered by the Head of School, who is the chief executive officer and reports directly to NCA's Board of Trustees. The Head of School plans and implements the budget and oversees the daily operations of the school with the assistance of the Administrative Team. The Administrative Team consists of the Head of School, Dean of Faculty, Director, Early Education, Director, Elementary Programs, Dean of Student Services, Athletic Director, Admissions Director and Administrative Assistant to the Head of School.
